Role Overview
Nikita began her career in barbering before making a complete career change into insurance. She has now worked in the industry for two and a half years and absolutely loves it. Although it was a significant change, Nikita says it is one she is very glad she made.
She enjoys that no two days in insurance are ever the same. Nikita thrives on the challenge of working with a wide range of businesses and unique situations while continuing to expand her knowledge and grow within the industry.
What Drives Her
Nikita is driven by the opportunity to learn something new every day and help clients navigate their individual insurance needs.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and friends. Life with her husband, daughter, and two much loved dogs, Frankie the French Bulldog and Stella the Dachshund, is constantly on the go. There is never a dull moment, but she wouldn’t have it any other way.
